How To Enter: Via Mobile: Use your AT&T phone to log on to the “MEdia Mall” section of the main menu and follow instructions to purchase GI Joe: The Rise of The Cobra mobile game or navigate to www.att.com/mediamall and follow instructions to demo and/or purchase and download GI Joe: The Rise of The Cobra mobile game. You will receive one (1) automatic entry to the promotion upon demo or download. NOTE: Charges apply for each download. This method of entry is available within AT&T Mobility coverage areas where technology permits. Additional charges apply with data use if you do not subscribe to a data plan. Roaming charges may apply if outside your local area. Via Online: You may also receive an entry into the sweepstakes without purchase by navigating the internet to www.tcspromo.com/joe and following instructions for entry. Limit: one entry per AT&T Mobility subscriber that purchases the game or if entries are provided online, per person/household. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language, including profanity. Promotion begins 12:00:01 a.m. ET July 31, 2009, and ends 11:59:00 p.m. ET August 31, 2009. 2. Participation: Promotion is open to legal residents of the US, 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse, sibling) and household members of employees of Electronic Arts Inc., AT&T Mobility, LLC, Paramount Pictures, and their respective affiliated and parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in this promotion’s production, development or handling are not eligible. This promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where restricted or prohibited by law. The promotion is intended for viewing only in the eligible area described in this section. 3. Validation: All eligible entries received during the promotion will be entered into daily random drawings beginning August 1, 2009. Each daily drawing will be for all eligible entries received between 12:01am ET and 11:59pm ET the day prior. All drawings to be conducted in Westport, Connecticut by The Concept Studio, LLC, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the promotion. All submissions are subject to validation by the judging organization. By entering, you (and your parent/legal guardian if you are a minor) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judging organization and the Sponsors. Potential winners will be notified via telephone and/or text message and must be reached by telephone by the Promotion Administrator or its representatives within five (5) business days immediately following the initial notification. If the Promotion Administrator or its representatives are unable to reach a potential winner within five (5) business days of the initial notification, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. 4. Prize and Odds: 235 (5 daily) First Prizes: Two (2) Fandango tickets to see GI Joe: The Rise of The Cobra Movie (ARV: $20 ea.) No cash alternative, substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if announced prize becomes unavailable. Total Prize Value: $4700. All federal, state and local taxes for receipt of the Prize are winner’s (or winner’s parent/legal guardian, if winner is a minor) sole responsibility. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except with Sponsor’s permission or where required by law. If prize winner is a minor under applicable state law, prize may be awarded in name of parent or legal guardian.

General Conditions: By entering, you (and your parent/legal guardian if you are a minor) (i) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Electronic Arts Inc., AT&T Mobility, LLC, Paramount Pictures, and their respective affiliated and parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies (the “Sweepstakes Entities”) from all claims or damages arising out of your participation in this promotion and/or acceptance, ownership or use of any prize or prize related activity, (ii) agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved exclusively before a court located in Atlanta, Georgia having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of California without regard for doctrines of conflict of law, (iii) agree that in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney’s fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering the promotion), (iv) waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased and (v) agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules.
