The “Get Off the Island Giveaway” ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 am GMT on July 22, 2009 and ends 11:59 pm EST on November 2, 2009. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Real Networks, Inc., 2601 Elliott Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121 (“Real”).

1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter by downloading the Marooned PC game from your favorite online casual games website and follow the instructions in the game to enter by providing your name, mobile phone number and email address when prompted within the game. You may also receive an entry into the sweepstakes for free by mailing a 3” x 5” card, including your name, age, address, contact phone and e-mail address to “Get Off The Island,” P.O. Box 8022, Westport, CT 06888. Entries will be disqualified if they contain any inappropriate material or language, including profanity. All electronic entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., November 1, 2009, when promotion ends. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 2, 2009 and received by November 6, 2009.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., Canada and United Kingdom who are 16 years of age or older at the time of their registration and not a minor in his/her state of residence. Employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Real Network, Inc., any participating carrier or any of their promotion and advertising agencies, any Sweepstakes prize provider, and their immediate family members and those living in their household, and each person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the Sweepstakes, and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity are not eligible. Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.

3. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER. The winner in this Sweepstakes will be selected at random, on or about November 9, 2009 by an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the promotion. All submissions are subject to validation by the judging organization. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judging organization. Winners will be notified via telephone and/or e-mail and may be required to sign and return, within seven (7) business days after delivery to his/her address, an Affidavit of Compliance with these Official Rules, a Prize Release and a Publicity Release for use by Sponsor and their respective agencies, prize providers and/or partners of his/her name, likeness, and biographical information without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, including without limitation the internet, unless prohibited by law. Failure to sign and return these forms postmarked within seven (7) business days may result in forfeiture of prize and selection of an alternate winner. Any winner who is a resident of Canada must complete a skill based question in accordance with local law. Entry materials void if incomplete or if they contain errors. All submissions become property of Sponsor.

4. PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize: $10,000. No cash substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if one or more of the announced prizes become unavailable. Odds of winning depend on number entries in this sweepstakes.

5. CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree: (i) to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of the judging organization which shall be final and binding; and (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. By accepting a prize, winners agree to release Sponsor, participating carriers, and all prize providers (including the parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities of each), together with the respective directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents of each, including without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, judging, or administration of the Sweepstakes, (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability, loss or damage arising from or in connection with awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize related activities. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. This offer is void outside the 50 United States and Washington D.C. and void where prohibited or restricted by law, and subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violating these Official Rules. The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Releasees disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes, and reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.

6. NAME OF WINNER. For the name of the Sweepstakes winner, available after November 30, 2009, send your request in a self addressed, stamped envelope to: Marooned Winner, P.O. Box 8033, Westport, CT 06888. Request must be received by December 30, 2009.
